What is the maximum file size allowed when attaching documents to a ticket?
You can attach up to 10 files, with each file size not exceeding 50MB.


Can I create a support ticket without logging in?
No. You must log in to Jainam Plus to access the Help Desk and create a support ticket.


How to track the status of a ticket?
You will receive a confirmation email when a ticket is created and another when it is resolved, and you can also track the status of open, closed, or pending tickets by logging in to Jainam Plus > Help Desk.
