How can I create a ticket or raise a complaint at Jainam?

To raise a support ticket at Jainam, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Jplus.
  2. Click the profile icon on the Dashboard and select 'Help Desk Ticket' to create a ticket.
  3. Click on the "New"  and Select New Ticket" from the category dropdown.
  4. Fill in the required details: Ticket Type, Client ID, Subject, and Description also Attach documents. if needed and Submit the ticket and track its status. You can add comments for further queries.
