No. Selling credit generated from trades executed on the previous trading day cannot be used for fresh purchases or trading on a settlement holiday. Example: If Thursday is a settlement holiday, selling credit generated from trades executed on Wednesday cannot be used for fresh trading or purchases on Thursday.
