Participants can enter in a recall or repay request only if they have existing reverse leg positions of the original SLB transaction.

RELATED FACTS:

• The request can also be made for a partial quantity.

• Participants can enter recall or repay requests prior to the expiry date of the respective SLB transactions.

• The lending fees for recall or repair requests shall be at market determined rates; therefore, the participant shall quote the lending fees per share that they wish to forgo or accept for the balanced journey of lending or borrowing at the time of entering recall or repair requests.

• Recall or repay requests will not be permitted during the shutdown period of corporate actions.
