Who can become a Referral Agent? Any person who has an active Unique Client Code (UCC) with Jainam can register as a Referral Agent. Only active clients are eligible.
What can a referral agent do? The role of the referral agent is strictly limited to referrals only. They are not permitted to: - Sell or provide advisory services for securities in the secondary market.

Can a Referral Agent conduct IPV or OSV? No, a Referral Agent cannot perform In-Person Verification (IPV) or Ocular Signature Verification (OSV).

What happens in case of a dispute regarding the referral scheme? Jainam is directly and wholly responsible for disputes related to the referral program, incentive sharing, or calculation of referral income. Such disputes do not fall under the purview of the Exchange’s investor protection fund or grievance redressal measures.
