What should I do if my bank verification fails while submitting an add bank account request through JPlus at Jainam?

Any client can request to add a bank account through JPlus at Jainam. However, while submitting the request to add a bank, if the bank verification fails; then the client has two options:
Option 1: If your mobile number is registered or linked with your Aadhar card, then you can use the E-Sign option.

Option 2: If your mobile number is not registered or not linked with your Aadhar card, then you can use the physical form option.

RELATED FACTS:

  • A self-attested copy of the bank statement or cheque displaying the IFSC and MICR codes clearly with the bank branch address containing the PIN code is required.

  • Jainam will contact CDSL to update the IFSC within 48 hours, following which clients can proceed with adding or changing bank details
