The Inactive Clients table under Client Opportunities lists every dormant client with: Client Code and Client Name with clickable quick navigation to the client's profile Type — as "Dormant account" Reason — as., "Non traded in last 1 Year," so Authorised Persons (APs) know at a glance why the client is flagged Last Traded Date — for context on how long the client has been inactive The list is timestamped (e.g., "Updated on 22 Jul 2026, 10:58 AM"), so Authorised Persons (APs) always know they are working with current data, and can click “View All” to see the complete list beyond the preview. Upon drilling into the detailed Inactive Clients view, APs can directly reactivate any client with a single click on the "Active Now" button in the same row and no need to search anywhere else for activation.
