Why am I getting an error while updating my mobile number or email ID on JPlus?

You may see messages like - 

  1. This mobile number is already linked to another account.
  2. This email ID is already linked to another account.

This happens when the mobile number or email you’re trying to use for an account opening or modification is already registered with Jainam.

Since each number and email must be unique, you can’t use them again unless they’re removed from the old account.

What to do: Please contact Jainam Support to remove the number or email from the incomplete account. After that, you’ll be able to update it.
