What should I do if my online account opening request gets rejected?

If your online account opening application submitted through Jainam's website is rejected, you will receive a rejection notification on your registered email ID. Once you find the rejection, follow these steps to correct it and complete your account opening:

  1. Visit www.jainam.in and click on Open an Account.
  2. Enter your registered mobile number and the OTP received on that number.
  3. You will be redirected to your application.
  4. Navigate to the step where the rejection occurred, and correct or re-upload the required document(s).
  5. Proceed to the final step and complete the eSign process again.

After submission, your application will be re-verified by our team.
