How to enable the camera for IPV on Google Chrome (Desktop/Laptop)?

To complete IPV on a desktop or laptop using Google Chrome, follow these steps: 

  • Click Capture Selfie during the account opening process.  

  • If prompted, click Allow to grant camera access.  

  • If camera access is blocked, click the padlock icon (🔒) next to the website URL and set Camera permission to Allow.  

  • Reload the page, click Capture Selfie again, and complete the IPV process by capturing a live selfie.
