During the online account opening process, a separate IPV verification link is provided to the applicant. Upon opening the link, the applicant must allow camera access and complete the IPV process by capturing a live selfie. 

For the best experience, it is recommended to use Google Chrome. The IPV process can be completed using a mobile device, desktop, or laptop with a functioning camera and internet connection.
