What is the use of the Visitor Register at the AP’s Office?

Authorized Persons (APs) are required to maintain a Visitor Register at their office. Every visitor visiting the AP’s office must record their details in the Visitor Register and sign it. This register must be properly maintained and should be produced before the inspecting officer during any official inspection of the AP’s office.
