As per Rule 3(6), of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 (WEB – page no.107),a One-Person Company (OPC) cannot carry out Non-Banking Financial Investment activities, including investment in securities. Hence, Jainam does not allow the opening of an OPC account.
