What is the Client Communication module used for? 

The Communication module is designed to help APs manage and share communications; 

The Communication module has two categories. The first, Marketing Assets, is used for sharing marketing material from the AP dashboard with clients. The second, Client Communications, enables APs to message clients directly across three segments as Pending KYC, MTF Margin Short, and Inactive Clients.  

A Communication Log section is also available to view communications shared with clients over message, along with the ability to export data for records.
