To apply for buyback from Jainam, follow the given steps: - Log in to J Plus and select Launchpad.
- Select the OFS in which you want to invest from the current OFS list and apply.
RELATED FACTS: - An order can be placed between the market timings, which are 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM. However, it is recommended to place an order with Jainam after 11:00 AM and before 2:30 PM.
- Multiple bidding by a client is not recommended, as the total amount per bid is calculated on the basis of the PAN.
- There is no brokerage or charges applicable for OFS. However, the client’s trading account accountand equity segment in NSE and BSE should be active.
- The credit from stocks sold on the same day cannot be used to place an OFS order. Only net clear balance at Jainam can be used for applying to an OFS. Ensure sufficient funds in the trading account on the offer end date before the cut-off time to be eligible for bidding.
- The chances of getting an OFS allotment vary, depending on the allotment methodology adopted by the selling company.
