How can registered bank account details be updated offline? 

Registered bank account details can be updated through an offline process by submitting a duly completed Bank Modification Form along with the required supporting documents. The request may be submitted by couriering the signed form to the Head Office or by visiting the nearest branch for submission.

Documents required: 

  • Passbook  

  • Cancelled cheque 

  • Bank statement (last 3 months)  

Once the request and documents are received, they will be verified and processed as per applicable guidelines. 

  1. The cheque /Cancelled cheque having the name of the account holder where the cheque book is issued. 

  1. Photocopy of the Bank Statement having name and address of the Client. 

  1. Photocopy of the Passbook having name and address of the Client. 

  1. Letter from the Bank. 

Note: In case of options (ii), (iii), and (iv) above, the MICR code of the branch must be present/mentioned on the document, and the document should be self-certified by the client. MICR codes starting with 000 will not be eligible for ECS. 

Update Bank Account Details Offline

Submit a completed Bank Modification Form with valid bank proof via courier or branch visit to update your account details.
