To add or modify DDPI/POA, the client is required to fill out the DDPI Form and submit it to the Head Office (HO) or visit the nearest Jainam branch.

Processing time: The DDPI/POA request will be verified and updated within 2 working days after successful verification of the submitted form and details. 

Activate or Suspend DDPI/POA

Submit a completed DDPI Form to the Head Office or visit your nearest branch to add or modify DDPI/POA on your account.
