How can a registered, permanent, or correspondence address be updated for an individual client?

An individual client may update the registered, permanent, or correspondence address by submitting a duly completed Address Modification Form along with the KRA Form and the required supporting documents.

The documents may be submitted through either of the following modes: 

  • Courier the signed forms and supporting documents to the Jainam Head Office. 

          Address: Jainam House (Head Office),

                           New Passport Office Road,

                           Kargil Chowk,

                           Piplod, Surat, Gujarat 395007

  • Visit the nearest Jainam branch and submit the documents in person. 

Required Documents 

  • Address proof such as a masked Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License 

  • Copy of PAN Card 

  • Passport size photograph 

In cases where the permanent address and correspondence address are different, address proof for both addresses must be provided. 

Processing Time: The address update is completed within three working days after successful verification. 

Note: All documents must be self-attested. Submission of incomplete forms or missing documents may result in delays in processing.
