How to change the registered Email ID and Mobile Number with Jainam? 

The registered Indian mobile number and email address can be updated online through JPLUS by following the steps below: 

Steps to update Email ID and Mobile Number 

  1. Log in to JPLUS 

  1. Click on the Profile icon 

  1. Go to My Account 

  1. Select My Details 

  1. Click on the Edit button against Mobile/Email ID Number 

  1. Enter the updated Mobile/Email ID Number 

  1. Select the confirmation checkbox 

  1. Click Send OTP 

  1. Enter the OTP and Continue 

  1. The e-Sign page will appear — Click Continue 

  1. Allow location tracking and proceed 

  1. Select the checkbox to indicate agreement 

  1. Click Sign Document 

  1. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and enter the Aadhar Number 

  1. Click on Send OTP and enter the valid Aadhaar OTP to complete the process 

Processing time: 

  • Updated contact details are reflected within 48 working hours. 

  • A confirmation email is sent once the update is completed. 

Key Points to Note: 

  • Access to the registered mobile number and email ID is required to receive OTPs. 

  • The update is completed only after successful e-signing. 

  • Only Unique Mobile Number and email ID Can be updated
