What is the use of the Investor Grievance Register/Complaint Register?

  • Every Authorised Person (AP) is required to maintain an Investor Grievance Register/Complaint Register at their office.
  • This register should be placed in a visible location, accessible to clients. If any client has a complaint, they can record it directly in the register.
  • The AP must immediately inform the Compliance Department of Jainam Broking Limited about the complaint.
    Once the issue is resolved, the resolution details should also be communicated to the Compliance Department.
