How to register as an Authorised Person (AP) at Jainam?

  • To register as an authorized person (AP) at Jainam, contact your nearest Jainam branch and complete the registration process by providing the relevant documents and filling out the relevant form.

  • Documents required for AP registration:
    1. PAN Card
    2. Residential Address Proof
    3. Office Address Proof

  • AP Registration Process:
    1. The BM/RM will initiate the process on your behalf.
    2. The backend team will generate your code in the Back Office system.
    3. You will receive pre-filled AP Registration Application documents on the basis of information and documents provided by you.Kindly check and provide your signature if all details are correct.
    4. Self-attest the documents and submit them along with the AP registration form to Jainam's Head Office at the following address:
      Jainam Broking Limited
      Jainam House,
      Kargil Chowk,
      Piplod, Surat – 395007
    5. Once the documents are submitted, they will be provided to the respective exchanges (NSE, BSE or MCX ) for approval. Upon receiving approval, your AP registration will be completed.
